May 2011 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Tyrrell and Laing International Luxury Bathtubs Garners 2011 Award for Design Excellence [ADEX] Tyrrell and Laing International Luxury Bathtubs has been named an award winner for Bathtubs in the Awards for Design Excellence (ADEX) competition, sponsored by Design Journal magazine. In the last 16 years, ADEX has become the largest and most prestigious awards program for product design of furniture, fixtures and finishes marketed to the design trade. "The 2010-11 ADEX Awards attracted upwards of 500 companies submitting more than 1,500 innovative new products," said John Platter, executive director of ADEX. "The ADEX Award has recognized many outstanding product designs over the years, and Tyrrell and Laing International Luxury Bathtubs's Oceanus in Travertine has earned its place among that elite group."
